Protection plans
When booking a vehicle with Vroomo, choosing a protection plan is mandatory. The insurance included in this plan is provided under a policy issued to Vroomo by Travelers®.
Standard Protection Plan
Theft insurance is free, and in the event of a major accident, you only pay a 2% deductible on the value of the vehicle. (A police report is required)
- Theft protection, personal accident insurance, and liability coverage up to $300,000 (A police report is required)
Premium Protection Plan
This is an extra insurance policy that covers minor damages such as scratches, tires, and windshields. Because the police don't file reports or come to your location for these types of damages, these extra insurance policies offered by our company are designed to save you extra money.... A police report is not required for minor damages.
- This is an optional insurance policy with a daily budget of 15,000 TL. If purchased for a one-day rental, it cannot cover damages exceeding 15,000 TL. For example, it would cover damages of 105,000 TL for a one-week rental. A police report is not required for minor damages.
